My stay at Springhill Suites was excellent. The location was superb, being within walking distance to key attractions. My room was spotless and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed which allowed for a good night's rest. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to my needs. I appreciated the convenience of having a gym and laundry facilities available as well. The breakfast was decent, with a nice selection of items to start the day.

I had a great experience staying here as a single traveler, with easy walks to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Music City Walk of Fame Park, making my weekend explorations seamless and enjoyable.

our stay at springhill suites was fantastic! the staff was extremely friendly everywhere we went, from the registration desk to the poolside bar. the location couldn't be better, right by bridgestone arena. breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed the clean lounge areas too. having an outdoor swimming pool was a perfect touch!

Stayed in a Queen Suite with my family for three nights and loved the vibrant ambiance! The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a hit. Pro tip, try the delicious nachos at the pool bar, but prepare for loud music at night. Perfect for a lively getaway!

The pool area felt like a resort, great vibes with cabana service. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our group. Highly recommend trying the water. so refreshing!

The hotel was perfect for our large family, especially with five energetic kids! The rooftop bar offered stunning views and delicious food. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to incredible attractions like the Music City Center, making our stay unforgettable.

My kids wished for more vending machines on our floor to grab snacks easily. It would have made late-night cravings so much simpler for a family of our size.

The suite was super comfy with a fridge, coffee machine, and seating area. Air conditioning works great, and the bathroom has a roll-in shower with free toiletries. Awesome fitness center and a beautiful outdoor pool area with sun loungers. Breakfast had hot proteins and pastries. Valet service was really convenient too!

Family Good Times Ahead

You know what? The staff at this place really went above and beyond. I mean, the valet who took care of us was a standout named Sam. Then, at check-in, the girl there was super sweet, which makes all the difference when your whole family is wiped out from traveling. Oh, and breakfast? Can't forget that – those waffles were a hit for sure!

Granted, it wasn’t cheap – definitely on the pricier side, but I guess you pay for the experience.
